A collection of some things I observe along the way.

"Fed up with Washington's involvement in everything from land use to gun control to education spending, states across the country are fighting back against what they say is the federal government's growing intrusion on their rights.

At least 35 states have introduced legislation this year asserting their power under the Tenth Amendment to regulate all matters not specifically delegated to the federal government by the Constitution." (FoxNews)

Read the Montana Bill

Hey One (if that is your real name),

Just thought I'd pass along that we're having a 10th amendment, States Rights event in Washington, Mo. on Sept 10 at 7 pm at Rennick Riverfront Park. This is starting to happen all around the country. Of course, the last time Missouri tried to exert her states rights, well , lets just say things got a little ugly.
Rep. Nieves, who is hosting the event is also trying to introduce legislation along the same lines as Montana regarding ammunition made in the state.
