The VoteOnCongress.com site allows people to read and vote on bills before the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, as well as voting on whether they approve of their own congressmen and women. Out intent is for this site to be free from partisanship, and to help prevent the way interest groups trump the voice of voters with their representation in Congress.
