"The joint lawsuit led by Florida and now grouping 18 states was filed on March 23. It claims the sweeping reform of the $2.5 trillion healthcare system violates state-government rights in the U.S. Constitution and will force massive new spending on hard-pressed state governments."

Virginia has also brought suit, but theirs is independent of those states you cited.

It's important that the voices of the people be heard and the fact that the states (and more will be added to the list) are carrying the torch for the American people against the run-away radical left that has control of Washington is heartening.
